Ewelina Connolly came to Allen County as a young immigrant in pursuit of the American Dream, the promise that through hard work, faith, and personal responsibility, opportunity is within reach.
Over the past decades, Allen County became the place where that dream took root. Here, she built a family, developed a career grounded in service, and formed lasting ties to a community that believes in lifting one another up.
Today, Ewelina brings that same commitment to her campaign for Allen County Commissioner.
As a Republican candidate, Ewelina is guided by conservative values that emphasize limited and accountable government, respect for taxpayers, strong public safety, support for law enforcement, and policies that empower families and small businesses rather than expanding bureaucracy.
Her experience advocating for families, supporting local economic development, and working across sectors to find practical, collaborative solutions shapes her vision for District 3. She believes Allen County’s future depends on protecting opportunity, strengthening public safety, and ensuring smart growth that allows businesses, neighborhoods, and families to thrive for generations to come.

Ewelina Connolly is a proven leader with a clear vision for strong communities, accountable government, and responsible stewardship of public resources. With deep roots in Allen County, she brings executive level experience, fiscal discipline, and a community first approach focused on delivering results, not rhetoric.
Born in Płock, Poland, Ewelina learned early that opportunity is built through hard work, education, and personal responsibility. She holds a Bachelor of Law and Administration from Nicolaus Copernicus University and a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Addictions Counselor in Indiana, bringing a practical, solutions focused perspective to issues affecting families, public safety, and workforce stability.
Ewelina’s leadership has been recognized statewide. She was named an Outstanding Fellow by the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation and is an active member of Policy Circle. She is currently participating in the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, preparing Republican women for effective public service.
Locally, Ewelina serves on multiple boards and advisory committees focused on community development, public health, and long term stability, including the National Opioid Settlement Committee and the Restore Allen Discovery Team. She has also served on a Catholic school board, reflecting her commitment to education, parental involvement, and faith based values.
Public safety is the first responsibility of local government. When emergencies happen, response time matters and lives depend on it.
